Your Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will:
6. Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents with complex needs
7. Develop and support delivery of specialist care including tracheostomy and ventilator care
8. Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with policies and Nursing and Midwifery Council guidance
9. Administer medications safely in line with prescribed guidelines and best practice
10. Uphold and promote the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, ensuring care is safe, effective, caring, and responsive
11. Monitor and report clinical risks and adverse events in line with governance procedures
12. Work collaboratively with the wider team to support both clinical care and patient wellbeing, including social engagement
What We’re Looking For
13. Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
14. A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
15. Strong communication and teamwork skills
16. Commitment to high standards of clinical care and continuous development
17. Interest in or experience with complex care
18. Experience in neuro rehabilitation environment
19. Awareness and understanding of current neuro health issues
20. Computer literacy skills
