As a Warehouse Planning Lead you’ll be the mastermind behind depot capacity modelling and resource planning, both strategically and day-to-day. From creating smart warehouse capacity models to managing resource allocation across multiple depots, you’ll ensure our operations run efficiently, meet demand, and exceed service standards. Develop and optimise warehouse processing and resource models Produce short- & long-term capacity plans to keep all our depots ahead of the game Manage resources through inbound receipt to outbound delivery Forecast throughput and plan for peak periods (hello, holiday rush!) Lead improvements in tools, processes, and data-driven decision-making Collaborate with teams to unlock operational efficiencies and cost savings Provide hands-on support for real-time changes and challenges What We’re Looking For: Strong Excel skills & database know-how (Access is a bonus!)
