Job Summary
As a Shift Leader at Pizza Hut Delivery, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality service, manage team members, and create a positive working environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead the shift ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
* Maintain product quality, freshness, and hygiene standards.
* Motivate and mentor team members, providing timely feedback and recognition.
* Train new team members and support ongoing development.
* Utilise technology and processes to deliver pizzas efficiently.
* Enforce Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
* Achieve and exceed shift performance targets.
