Senior Legal Counsel – Asset Management
Top-tier global asset manager hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to support institutional and distribution work across international markets.
What you’ll do:
* Lead negotiation of IMAs, advisory & distribution agreements
* Advise on institutional client onboarding (pensions, sovereigns, banks)
* Support cross-border fund structures (UCITS, ETFs, OEICs etc.)
* Partner with sales, product & compliance teams globally
* Provide practical, commercial legal advice on regulatory and strategic matters

* England & Wales qualified lawyer
* Strong asset management experience (private practice or in-house)
* Proven track record with IMAs & distribution agreements
* Solid UK/EU regulatory knowledge
* Commercial, collaborative and confident with stakeholders
