More information is available on our Career site at www.fife.gov.uk/jobs/supportingstatement Job Details You will lead and co-ordinate efforts to reduce child poverty by improving connections between employability services and other supports. Working across the Opportunities Fife Partnership and in collaboration with council teams and third sector partners, you will ensure that service delivery is aligned, effective, and targeted at helping families overcome barriers to work. You will facilitate delivery through the establishment of a Delivery Leads Group, coordinate partnership activity, manage budgets, oversee monitoring and reporting processes, and support the creation of promotional materials and best practice case studies. You will also provide support to Delivery Partners in using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and will extract data from the system to support monitoring, reporting, and review activities. You will also contribute to funding applications and policy development, helping to drive systemic change in how child poverty is tackled locally The Person You should be educated to SCQF Level 9 (e.g., Degree or equivalent), with experience in employability or skills services. A solid understanding of national and local policy relating to employability and child poverty is essential. You must have strong partnership-working skills, experience in project and budget management, and excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with CRM systems, preparing reports for senior audiences, and making successful funding applications will be advantageous.
