Events Coordinator & Channel Manager
Location: London (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator & Channel Manager Support to join our dynamic team at State Street. This role combines event planning and coordination with administrative support to the Channel Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As part of this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful events across the EMEA region, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and internal meetings. In addition, you will assist the Channel Manager with daily administrative tasks and help support the management of channel marketing programs and partner incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Events Coordination:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute company events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and internal meetings.
* Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
* Handle event invitations, attendee registrations, post-event communications, and deliverables.
* Develop event schedules, manage timelines, and ensure all event deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
* Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and attendee communication for events.
* Oversee both in-person and virtual events, ensuring smooth execution and coordination of all aspects.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align event goals with broader company objectives.
* Monitor event budgets and provide regular updates on expenditures.
Channel Manager Administrative Support:
* Assist the Channel Manager in daily administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and partner communications.
* Support the management and tracking of channel marketing programs, promotions, and partner incentives.
* Help organize and distribute channel sales materials and resources.
* Assist in monitoring partner performance metrics and preparing performance reviews or updates.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in event planning or coordination.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Marketo and event management platforms is a plus.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple events and administrative tasks simultaneously.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure all events run smoothly and administrative tasks are handled accurately.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and channel partners.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
* Time Management: Efficiently handle competing deadlines for both events and administrative responsibilities.
