We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admin Team Leader to support our dedicated admin team within Radiology at St Richards Hospital and Bognor Regis CDC.
The successful candidate will be an experienced admin supervisor, have excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail.
The successful applicant will oversee appropriate booking of Radiology procedures and be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Admin team.
Knowledge of NHS systems and processes is valuable for the role.

Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the supervision of the administrative staff in St Richards Hospital and Bognor Regis CDC to provide and efficient and reliable service for our Patients.
Ensuring the appropriate booking of radiology procedures and that capacity is fully utilised.
1. Oversee all admin staff and complete appraisals, HR processes.
2. Ensure all available slots filled for all modalities
3. Be an essential communication link to Modality teams and Booking staff

4. Supervise a multi-skilled administrative team ensuring service delivery and supporting Admin Manager
5. Oversee the management of urgent referrals and specialised examination requests are booked
6. Ensuring patients are prioritised according to urgency of treatment and waiting times
7. Train new staff and support from the front line.
8. Performing appraisals and authorising annual leave requests

10. 5 GCSE's or equivalent
11. IT qualification
12. NVQ Level 3 / equivalent plus knowledge of a range of policies and procedures
13. Experience in the field of administration and data analysis obtained through qualifications or the equivalent practical experience gained through working in a high volume, patient focussed administration setting.
