Working across various departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle, our Hospitality Assistants provide first-class service to create exceptional experiences for our residents and go the extra mile.
From delivering outstanding dining experiences to maintaining our luxurious environment, Hospitality Assistants are responsible for the upkeep of non-clinical areas within our home.
Responsibilities vary each shift depending on the department supported.
In Housekeeping, you will uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in residents' homes and communal areas, ensuring they are spotless and well-presented. You will also handle laundry duties, keeping residents' clothing and the home's laundry clean.
In Food & Beverage, you will welcome residents, explain menu choices clearly, serve food from the kitchen, and maintain a clean dining environment. This includes resetting tables, tidying work areas, and preparing the service areas for the next meal.
You will also assist in organizing and delivering individual and group activities and participate in key events throughout the year, such as the summer fete. Additionally, you will support outside activities like shopping, attending GP appointments, and outings.
We value kindness, compassion, positivity, resilience, proactivity, organization, honesty, accountability, passion, and a desire to develop. If these qualities describe you, you’ll be a great fit.
Essential skills include effective communication, knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, cleaning experience in a similar environment, and food service experience.
