About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to join our college team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong background in administration within an educational or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff
Maintain accurate records and carry out efficient data input
Liaise professionally with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
Manage diaries, appointments, and correspondence
Support with organisation of meetings and events
Handle confidential information with discretion
Multi-task and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Skills & Experience Required:
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven organisational and multi-tasking skills
Confident in liaising with parents and external contacts
Previous experience in a college, school, or similar educational background is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
