Your Role: Bank Mental Health Support Worker
As a vital member of our team, you’ll work flexibly to support individuals in their journey towards recovery. You’ll help them build daily routines, gain confidence, and access opportunities to lead fulfilling lives.
* Help individuals develop self‑care routines, build resilience, and manage their mental health.
* Assist with practical tasks such as meal prep, medication management, budgeting, and appointments.
* Promote social inclusion and reduce isolation through community involvement.
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to deliver effective care plans.
* Maintain accurate records and clear communication to ensure the best outcomes.
