Deliver a 'Right First Time' service to tenants, ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations. Assist with tenancy and estate management tasks, including Impact Days and Estate Walkabouts. Process purchase orders, invoices, payments, and petty cash. Manage keys, fobs, appointments, diaries, and meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Attend meetings, including evening and weekend sessions, as needed. Build relationships with external partners to promote Torus's reputation.
