Pulse is seeking a qualified and experienced band 7/8a Clinical Psychologist to join our client’s Adult mental health team within a private service in Norfolk. This position is available to start ASAP, working full-time hours until 04/06/2025.
Role Overview:
As a Clinical Psychologist specializing in Adult Mental Health, you will promote mental wellness and deliver evidence-based treatments to adult clients. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and supporting individuals with various mental health conditions.
Requirements:
* Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology
* Be HCPC registered
* Have a proven track record in adult mental health
* Be analytical with good attention to detail
* Experience in case discussion to identify suitable referrals for neuropsychological assessment
* Experience in specialist neuropsychological assessment for dementia diagnosis within the memory treatment service
* Experience in providing carer support, either directly (e.g., START approach) or via consultation with colleagues
