Our residents value our Care Workers for being friendly faces, brightening their days, and helping make life worth living through simple acts. Tasks may include:

* Supporting with household and domestic tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions like paying bills.
* Preparing meals, drinks, and snacks as needed.
* Encouraging and supporting residents to follow their care plans.
* Assisting with morning routines, personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, and helping with undressing and bedtime routines, as well as ensuring medication is taken as prescribed.
* Prioritizing resident wellbeing, going the extra mile to help residents live their best lives, and keeping managers and key agencies informed of progress.

* Paid by the hour (£13.32/hr), not by the job; full-time equivalent of £24,306 per year (based on 35 hours/week)
