When the crowd roars at Hibernian FC, the food has to be just as exciting! At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks - so fans can focus on the action while we handle the flavour.
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Conference & Events Sales Manager to lead sales at Easter Road Stadium, home to Hibernian FC and a standout destination for corporate events, private functions, and community gatherings.
This is a proactive, relationship-focused role where you'll take ownership of driving new business, converting enquiries, and positioning the stadium as a go-to venue in the Edinburgh events market.
What you'll be doing... Proactively generating new business through outreach, networking, and market activity
Managing and converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
Hosting venue tours and delivering compelling client presentations
Building strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, local businesses, and community groups
Representing the venue at industry events and networking opportunities
Managing the sales pipeline through CRM and reporting on performance
Collaborating with operations and catering teams to deliver seamless events
Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours per week | 9:00 - 17:00
