Our People Coordinators provide pivotal support to our People Advisory team across the whole employee lifecycle and are fundamental in delivering a fantastic experience for our people.
This is a varied role, where youll be providing day-to-day support on all people related matters, with a particular focus on ensuring our people processes run smoothly. Youll be responsible for the end-to-end administration of employee lifecycle changes, the continuous improvement of our processes, and supporting our people with any queries relating to their employment. Youll work closely with your People Partner, People Advisor and your fellow People Coordinators, on a full range of initiatives, projects and people related activity, as we continue to embed and evolve our People Strategy.
As our People Coordinator you will covering our Liverpool, Birmingham Manchester & Leeds offices.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Act as a first line of support for our people, providing advice and guidance relating to all people activity across the employee lifecycle with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
2. Advise and support our managers and people on our policies, processes and employment matters, taking time to identify and escalate any opportunities for continuous improvement
