As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining quality documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and control quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and recordsSupport the Quality team with audit preparation (internal, customer, and third-party)Manage and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actionsAssist with document control processes, ensuring accuracy and revision complianceCompile quality data and generate reports for management reviewSupport supplier quality activities, including documentation and approvalsEnsure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and internal quality systemsLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and metRequirementsPrevious experience in a quality, compliance, or administrative role within manufacturing (electronics experience desirable)Strong document control and organisational skillsFamiliarity with quality management systems and ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksStrong communication skills and a proactive approachWhat's on OfferSalary up to £35,000 per annumStable and growing business within the electronics sectorSupportive team environmentOpportunities for training and developmentPlease click apply now to hear more.
