AssocRICS / MRICS Remote working Building Surveyor X4 - All locations in London & Home Counties considered - Up to 90,000 depending on experience and track record.
My client are a mid-sized independent Building Surveying firm who focus on quality over quantity work (av. fee around £1150 plus VAT for L3's, London), predominately covering London and surrounding areas. They have an office in West London which you are welcome to use but for the most part, it is remote / hybrid working.
Friendly & relaxed management, non political mature environment where they're happy to support and train individuals as required. They have a low staff turnover due to them having a strong, collegiate and autonomous working environment well supported with administration and IT systems and ultimately strong earnings potential.
Likely offering:
* Salary - Up to £90,000 depending on experience and track record, agency approx.
* Potential for bonus scheme, to be discussed;
* No additional car allowance, this will be included in the basic salary to take this into account;
* 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays;
* Pension;
* Fully expensed role;
* Full admin and IT support;
* Full CPD support.
* AD or Director level appointment.

* Mix of work to suit but depending on skill set can including L2 L3 Surveying work ONLY or if you have wider experience; building surveys, expert witness, dilapidations and defect reports.
* High fee basis, average fee for a building survey is £1,150+VAT (London).
* One building survey a day only typically.
* High fees and low-cost overheads allow us to pay more back to surveyors.
* Can be home of office based or hybrid to suit.
* They are looking for motivated and overall diligence surveyors whom prioritise reporting standards, detail and knowledge over volume.
