A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Supervisor
What you'll be doing...
* Lead the F&B breakfast team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience.
* Oversee daily shift activities, from setting up tables to ensuring smooth orders and guest satisfaction.
* Support and guide the team, assisting with training and encouraging best performance.
* Handle guest requests and resolve issues confidently, maintaining upbeat service.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure efficient operations, from orders to plating.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to set us up for success each shift.
* Assist with scheduling and shift planning to ensure team readiness.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining and service areas.
* Address guest queries and complaints professionally.
* Participate in training and coaching team members.
What We Need From You
* A natural people person excited to take on a leadership role, with some experience in food and beverage.
* Strong communication skills, able to motivate and energize the team while keeping operations smooth.
* Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to handle guest needs promptly.
* Organized and adaptable, managing multiple tasks effectively.

* High energy and a flexible attitude, thriving in a lively, fast-paced environment.
* Shift availability from 05:30 to 15:00, including weekdays and weekends.
