Job Summary
Home Care Assistants will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their own homes. The role requires a caring nature, reliability, and a valid UK driving licence, with full training provided for those new to care.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
* Support with meals, drinks, and nutrition
* Help with mobility and independence
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Carry out light domestic duties and errands (shopping, prescriptions)
* Ensure clients can live independently in the comfort of their own homes
Candidate Requirements
* Female applicants only (due to client preferences)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (required)
* Care Certificate (preferred; training provided if not held)
o Previous care experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
o Kind, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care
o GCSE or equivalent education (preferred)
o Double pay on Christmas & New Year’s Day
