Job Summary:
To contribute to the Sales Teams by executing the Completion and Wellhead Integrity (CWI) sales plan for the region while offering technical support to clients.
Job Requirements
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum of Higher National Diploma (or equivalent qualification) or extensive oilfield experience
* Proven track record of working within a sales or client facing role
* Extensive knowledge of the Energy Market
* Extensive knowledge of completions, interventions and downhole tools
* Organized and able to carry out multiple tasks in parallel
* Flexible to travel to various locations internationally as required
* Fluent English – oral and written
* Have an existing right to work in the UK
Job Responsibilities
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
* Technical Sales & Client Solutions
* Engage with clients to understand their applications and deliver tailored technical solutions.
* Collaborate with CWI Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to select the most appropriate equipment for client needs.
* Provide CWI technical sales support, including solution proposals, reviewing product information, and resolving technical or commercial issues.
* Work with Sales Engineers to support cross-business unit opportunities.
* Market & Competitive Insight
* Develop the market by promoting CWI products and maintaining insight into customer plans/strategies.
* Monitor competitor activity and support strategy development for key opportunities.
* Business Development & Client Engagement
* Manage CWI sales enquiries and lead generation through proactive outreach, cold calling, and follow‑ups.
* Conduct market research and continually feed the opportunity pipeline with qualified opportunities
* Promote CWI product lines through presentations, demonstrations, events, and client hospitality.
* Represent the company at industry events and visit customers as required.
* Sales Process & Commercial Support
* Support the Sales Manager with contracts, tenders, pricing, marketing initiatives, budgeting, and pipeline management.
* Understand and follow sales and ordering workflows, including client ordering process and internal IFS sales process
* Manage the Sales–Operations handover for CWI orders.
* Stakeholder, Agent & Compliance Management
* Manage relationships with clients, local agents and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and contractual compliance.
* Develop knowledge of local practices, requirements, and legislation (bidding, tax, logistics, etc.).
* Promote continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.
QHSSE Responsibilities:
* Understand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures
* Take an active part in compliance and improvement of the Interwell QHSE systems
* Responsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities
* Responsible for their own and others wellbeing, health and safety at work, including the reporting of any accidents, incidents & near misses
