Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid Working offered at discretion of the client)
Hours: Monday to Friday, working between 08:00 to 20:00
Pay: £15.88 per hour standard rate

About the Role
As an Identity Verification Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 20 ID Verification Administrators. You will play a key role in ensuring that ID verification processes are followed correctly, performance targets are met, and security standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of ID Verification Administrators, ensuring compliance with strict process controls.
* Act as an escalation point for complex verification cases and operational issues.
* Monitor team performance, attendance, and service levels, implementing improvements as needed.
* Develop, update, and deliver training materials for new and existing staff.
* Conduct identity verification applications with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and regulatory frameworks.
* Adapt to and implement frequently changing processes and procedures.
