The Watches Team is a collective repository of knowledge, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of all the products, from classic timepieces to intricate modern designs. The watches team possesses a wealth of knowledge that enables them to organise, sort, lot and list hundreds of watches weekly.
About the role:
As a Vintage Product Assessor, you will be a flexible team player working across a variety of teams within the Marketplace Department. You’ll work across a wide range of vintage products, supporting our Production Managers by ensuring that items are effectively sorted, grouped and listed on the most suitable platform. Training in each product category will be provided, and a passion for vintage and antique collectibles will make you a great fit for this varied role.
Getting Started ...
* Complete the initial training in product sorting and categorisation across various vintage product lines.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketplace Department Managers to learn about listing standards and processes.
* Gain familiarity with departmental KPIs and begin contributing to team goals, particularly regarding product listings and quality standards.

* Build confidence in assessing, sorting and listing a wide variety of vintage items with minimal supervision.
* Actively contribute to the team’s listing targets by producing accurate, high quality product descriptions.
* Strengthen your collaboration with the Marketplace Teams to help maintain a productive and collaborative environment.
