Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate the 3-axis CNC machine centre.
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce precise components.
* Use measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished products.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues that arise during production.
* Maintain and perform routine preventative maintenance on the machine.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes.
* Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably with 3-axis machines.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
