Your Role
Design and deliver innovative solutions for leading global companies, collaborating with Capgemini colleagues and clients to understand challenges, design future models, and implement solutions. Focus on supply chain planning strategy and operating model design, transition and transformation support, and further optimisation of the stabilized model.
Will contribute to the effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals, taking ownership of major workstreams or smaller projects, shaping project scope, quality and schedule, and tailoring supply‑chain planning propositions.

Qualifications and Profile
* Supply network planning
* Production planning
* Distribution planning (DRP)
* Materials planning (MRP)
* Inventory planning and policy setting
* Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
* Work experience in Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive or other product‑based industry (e.g., Life Sciences) in a planning role – or – seasoned consultant advising clients on improving planning processes
* Consultancy experience – currently or previously working in a major consulting firm; or having internal consulting experience in industry
* A history of delivery in supply‑chain improvement and projects, delivering creative but realistic solutions to client problems
* An active, well‑informed knowledge of the Consumer Product, Retail, Manufacturing or Automotive sectors and an opinion on key trends, with a history of rapid career progression
* Knowledge of how technology can be applied to deliver business value in the supply chain—including the technology development lifecycle from design to implementation with change management. Experience in assessment, design, implementation or operational use of planning systems is an advantage (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, etc.)
* Experience in consultancy methods and approaches, learned through either working for a consulting organisation or via project implementation with a retailer, global CP organisation, manufacturing, automotive or life sciences industry
* Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions
* Experience of proposition building and delivery

Location and Flexibility
The role may be based in London, Manchester or Glasgow and requires full flexibility for assignment location, including periods away from home on short notice.
