Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive to join their in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Digital Marketing Campaign Executive profile:
The role involves leading digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance marketing and PPC analytics, and supporting strategic, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with growth plans.
* Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search and display.
* Using Google Tag Manager for triggers, tags, and custom conversions.
* Setting up and reporting on campaign performance with GA4 and other tools.
* Collaborating with teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
* Driving email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automation efforts.
* Creating targeted content for paid and organic social media campaigns, including ads and videos.
* Managing paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budgets, ROI, and KPIs.
* Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition.
* Supporting ongoing improvement of acquisition strategies.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in planning and executing high-impact B2B digital campaigns with ROI focus.
* Hands-on skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Proficiency in GA4 for data-driven decision making.
* Experience with LinkedIn paid campaigns, especially lead generation and audience building.
* Ability to manage relationships across different levels of seniority.
* Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
