Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a well-established financial planning firm based in Alton looking for a motivated Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly, professional team. You'll play a vital role supporting the advisers and Paraplanners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
Prepare client reports, documentation, and meeting packs
Manage client records and ensure data is accurately maintained
Liaise with clients and providers via phone and email
Assist with processing new business and policy tracking

Ideal candidates will have:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and a professional manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
IT literacy (Microsoft Office essential) Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in a financial services admin role
Knowledge of pensions, investments, and life assurance
