Key Responsibilities
Supervise mechanical and associated electrical installations from start to completion
Manage direct labour, subcontractors, and site resources
Coordinate works with Project Managers, Principal Contractors, and other trades
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
Monitor site progress, productivity, materials, and costs
Deliver toolbox talks, carry out site inspections, and produce weekly progress reports
Support value engineering, manage variations, and achieve zero‑defect project close‑out
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering commercial MEP projects
Proven experience supervising projects up to £2m
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical pipework and public health systems
SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS card, and Asbestos Awareness (essential)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and good IT skills
