Our client so looking for a dynamic and passionate Social Media Manager who will oversee implementing a clear and innovative social media strategy that makes their business stand out within the fashion industry with strong knowledge about the latest social media campaigns Including Tik ok and new emerging platforms as well as experienced in established Meta channels. The candidate will also be responsible for the creation of content and lead production of all social media content including video and livestreams.
Key Responsibilities:-
* To produce a range of social content aligned to our brand guidelines, including:
* Producing social content to support tactical campaigns, launches and key seasonal activity
* Developing social media content to support new brand and product launch campaigns.
* Creating brand building social content to support charitable initiatives.
* Creating community-driven social content that is specifically targeted to certain audiences and channels to attract new customers.
* Scheduling all content across our existing social media channels including Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook
* Implementing a social commerce strategy to make our social media channels work harder as sales channels.
* Working alongside the digital marketing team to produce targeted and paid-specific social content to support campaigns.
* Researching and identifying new social influencers and brand ambassadors to work with.
* Creating social media content briefs for all planned paid influencer activity across all channels.
* Contributing to new social media content ideas in monthly and quarterly planning sessions.
* Writing compelling copy that drives engagement and builds brand credentials
* Providing monthly social media reporting across all channels to the wider management team.
* Working alongside marketing to head up social activity for all creative campaigns.
* Monitoring new social trends within fashion and wider industries to produce reactive, viral-worthy content across all social media channels.
* Cultivating communities through all social media channels to help grow loyalty and trust.
Key Characteristics
* Experience in a Social Media Manager role in fashion or retail.
* Experience in the management and production of multiple social media channels; Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest
* Passionate about the world of fashion and keeping abreast of changes within the industry
* Extensive knowledge in implementing social media strategies to achieve growth
* A creative and innovative thinker who has the potential to create viral-worthy social campaigns
* Ability to analyse and present social media channel performance
* Proactive and ability to make a difference
* Flexibility in terms of role to support the wider business
