Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Active Staff is proud to be partnered with a fantastic charity in Andover, currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Manager. This is a temporary role with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The role of the Executive Assistant & Office Manager:
* Manage the CEO’s diary: scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and responding to meeting requests
* Prepare and coordinate meeting packs for the Board of Trustees and its committees, including agendas, papers and minute-taking
* Support the CEO in planning and coordinating Senior Leadership Team meetings
* Manage correspondence, invoices, document filing, and recording of credit card expenditure
* Oversee the smooth running of the Andover office, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
* Liaise with office vendors, service providers, and suppliers – ensuring invoices are received and processed on time
* Manage office maintenance issues and be the point of contact for building matters
* Ensure value for money when ordering supplies or arranging repairs and replacements
* Support the Head of People and Culture in maintaining Health & Safety compliance in the office
The person for the Executive Assistant & Office Manager:
Essential Skills & Attributes:
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing documents for senior leaders or trustees
* Strong IT skills and the confidence to use collaborative tools and platforms
* Experience sourcing and managing office service providers, tradespeople, and maintenance contractors
* Diplomatic, discreet, and able to handle confidential information sensitively
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace
* Ability to think practically, find solutions quickly, and adapt to changing needs
Desirable:
* Understanding of charity governance or experience within the charity sector
