You will provide high-quality administrative and customer support, helping ensure services for children and families run smoothly.
This is a varied role where attention to detail, teamwork, and confidentiality are essential.
You will be downloading and logging responses within 24 hours of receipt.
You will need to be able to process at high speed with accuracy
Full time role, 09.00 - 17.00, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Data Support
* Accurately input and manage information on internal systems
* Update case records, upload documents, and send correspondence
* Maintain filing systems and support audits and inspections
* Produce reports, spreadsheets, and basic statistics
Customer Service
1. Handle phone calls, emails, and enquiries from the public and professionals
