Job Title: Senior Parts Manager (Agricultural)


Job description:

We are looking for a Senior Agricultural Parts Manager for our new bespoke purpose built depot at Wardon Hill Business Park, near Dorchester (DT29PW), our main franchises are Case IH, Manitou, McHale, RS Agri, Hi Spec, Bomford and AW Trailers along with many more.


We are looking for an experienced parts manager with agricultural knowledge, to take our expanding stores and parts centre to the next level alongside an existing team of experienced staff.


Key Attributes:

1. Agricultural machinery knowledge
2. Case IH and Manitou Portal Experience
3. IBCOS Systems Knowledge
4. Able to operate seasonal and out of season stocking programmes
5. Able to think out of the box to create solutions
6. To achieve KPI and accreditations for our main franchises
7. To work closely with the Depot and Workshop Manager
8. To be proactive on current trends and parts requirements
9. To create and maintain systems that enable workshop efficiency
10. To be involved in marketing and promotions
11. To increase turnover and profitability for the stores department
12. Support workshop and sales departments
13. Must be able to communicate effectively with both customers and staff
