We’re working exclusively with a long-established and highly respected estate agency to find an experienced Sales Manager for their busy Wimbledon office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional with proven leadership skills to join a high-performing team and take the reins in one of London’s most desirable locations.
Our client has a strong reputation for excellence, a loyal customer base, and a highly collaborative culture. They're now looking for someone who can lead from the front, drive sales performance, and continue to grow their presence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a successful residential sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
* Drive new business generation through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to support team development.
* Oversee marketing strategy for listings and support brand presence in the local market.
* Ensure full compliance with all property and financial regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property sales, with previous team management experience.
* Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.
* Target-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
* In-depth knowledge of the Wimbledon area or wider South West London property market is preferred.
* Professional, articulate, and confident dealing with a wide range of clients.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and ideally have a vehicle
