About the role
· The successful candidate will work closely with senior individuals within in the business.
· This role is ideally suited to an individual who thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment and who is eager to learn.
· You will support the business on a range of client matters.
· Dealing with reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
· Document and workflow management
· Communicating with and managing external counsel.
About you
· Solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
· Strong academic credentials.
· 4+ years PQE, with relevant training and experience gained in private practice or in-house.
· Consistently want to go the extra mile to deliver a first-class service to our clients.
· Task oriented nature with exceptional completer-finisher skills and attention to detail and accuracy skills.
· Highly organised, proactive and diligent and able to manage a diverse and complex workload in a fast-paced working environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
