Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a track record of navigating complex people matters across international jurisdictions? A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, compliant, and people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance to managers on a wide range of ER matters including absence management, performance, grievances, disciplinaries, and probation reviews.
* Coach and support people leaders to handle sensitive issues fairly and in line with legal and regulatory frameworks.
* Manage end-to-end ER casework, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Support international HR operations, including redundancy processes, Occupational Health referrals, and reasonable adjustments.
* Analyse ER trends and data to inform policy improvements and proactive interventions.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of training and workshops to upskill managers on ER best practices.
* Stay up to date with employment law developments across multiple jurisdictions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Must have proven experience managing complex ER cases with confidence and independence.
* Must have strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in the UK; international HR/ER experience is essential.
* Additional languages capabilities would be beneficial
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high standards of integrity and professionalism.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
