The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will run a full 360° desk, recruiting white‑collar permanent staff into an active and well-established client base within the construction industry. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own desk, backed by a supportive team, modern systems, and a leadership style that trusts you to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop deep market knowledge across clients, projects, and roles
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Conduct business development to win new opportunities
* Source, screen, and consult candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Manage your own workload and time effectively
* Network to become a recognised expert in your sector
