Job Description We are looking for our new Area Sales Manager, North of the UK! Here are your main missions: Own your area – Grow existing business, uncover new opportunities, and support key accounts like a true partner. Plan to win – Build seasonal “game plans” to elevate Salomon’s premium partners and other accounts, with a strong omni-channel focus. Drive sell-thru – Create and present strategic plans to boost key categories, increase sell-thru, and connect with consumers. Build partnerships – Develop joint business and consumer plans with premium partners that align with Salomon’s strategic goals and enhance brand preference at retail. Deliver results – Ensure profitable, sustainable growth for both Salomon and the retailer. Activate the brand – Leverage Salomon’s trade marketing and sell-thru programs in collaboration with internal teams (customer service & marketing). Train & engage – Train store staff and lead consumer events/demos at premium partner locations. Be present – Participate in in-store consumer events to bring the brand to life. Plan ahead – Coordinate annual consumer and marketing plans with premium partners. Share & inspire – Exchange best practices across the sales and marketing teams to keep ideas fresh and performance sharp.
