This is an innovative role for someone who enjoys working with major brands, solving unusual briefs and joining a high-performing account management team.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to grow client relationships, and turn creative ideas into brilliant branded products people genuinely love.
So what’s the actual job?
You will be a hands-on Account Manager leading the business development and growth of our valued client relationships.
This role is focused on communication, commercial growth, and teamwork, working closely with our leadership team to deliver exceptional service and drive long-term partnerships with major accounts.

You will also lead and support our Account Executives and Coordinators, ensuring all enquiries, briefs, and projects are handled efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
* Own the plan, performance, and satisfaction of valued clients
* Build strong senior-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor
* Lead Business Reviews and planning sessions
* Ensure all client briefs are clearly understood and translated into internal action
* Create, oversee and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and creative solutions
Commercial Ownership
* Manage revenue and gross profit performance across your portfolio
* Monitor account profitability, pricing structures, and margins
* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within existing clients
* Ensure delivery timelines, service levels, and commercial commitments are met
Team
* Be a vital part of our team, supporting and developing our Account Executives and Coordinators
* Review and approve quotations, artwork, and project plans
* Foster a culture of proactive communication, accountability, and high standards
* Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistent service delivery
Operational Excellence
* Ensure enquiries, quotations, and orders are progressed accurately and efficiently
* Manage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and new product opportunities
* Resolve escalated client or supplier issues professionally and quickly
* Ensure internal systems and processes are used consistently across the team
What We're Looking For
* A passionate, hands-on relationship builder
* Proven experience in sales, account management and / or business development
* Strong commercial awareness and revenue ownership
* Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities
* Ability to identify opportunities, drive account growth and produce creative solutions
