We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, days only, including every other weekend, to make a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dene Brook.
Dene Brook is a specialist residential service in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and behaviours that may challenge. We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual.
