Our service is focused on our partnership approach with our clients and the student experience. More about your role: We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis. This position has a start date of mid to late September. Reporting to the Scheme Manager, you will work to ensure the site is maintained to meet and where possible exceed the standards set out in the Service Level Agreement for the site. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the PPM and Life Cycle replacement are completed on time and in line with performance requirements. This role is based on site 5 days a week at Hyland House, 10 Keith Street, Glasgow, G11 6QQ working 30 hours. At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. More about you: The successful candidate will have experience in Electrical or Mechanical maintenance role and possess the relevant qualifications.
