An exciting opportunity has arisen with our clients, a respected independent estate agency, as an Inventory Clerk to join their close-knit team in Brentwood. This is a full-time position; however, our client will consider candidates for a 4-day workweek.
Ideally, to be considered for the role of Inventory Clerk, our client is looking for someone with previous experience in Residential Lettings. However, they are also open to exceptional individuals with less experience, provided they possess excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via phone, and demonstrate professionalism and confidence.
Working Hours:
* Typically, the role requires working 5 days per week, but the client will consider 3-4 days for the right candidate, which may include some Saturdays.
Our client is offering the successful Inventory Clerk:
* An overall package of up to £30,000 for full-time employment
* Ongoing training and support
Responsibilities of an Inventory Clerk:
* Visiting managed properties to prepare initial inventory reports before tenants move in
* Conducting mid-term inspections
* Monitoring tenants to ensure proper care of the properties throughout their tenancy
