The Role of the German speaking Executive Assistant / Administrator
As the German Speaking Administrator, you will manage all daily administration for the office and also support the Office Manager on their duties too.
Typical job responsibilities will include:
* Meeting all visitors to the office (suppliers, couriers etc)
* Answer incoming calls and emails to the office, emails
* Organsie business meeting rooms
* Manage daily office operations and office supplies
* Arrange couriers (e.g., UPS for GMG proofs) and manage business/international travel.
* Oversee timesheet and attendance system administration.
* Provide support to Managing Directors
* Proofread in German all marketing materials, contracts etc
* Support project teams with ad-hoc research or client comms in German.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
* Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
* Previous experience in a busy reception, office coordination, or administrative support role (especially in a design or creative environment)
* Personable, calm under pressure, and able to represent a creative brand confidently.
* Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking skills
* Experience in client service or hospitality.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
£28,000 – £34,000. Monday - Friday, normal office hours. Fully office based - no remote work option .
