Role Overview
As a Home Administrator, you will manage administrative systems and processes to support the Home Manager in running services effectively. Your key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system, processing payroll, and managing HR information. Resident wellbeing will be at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle HR information and assist Residents and staff.
Qualifications
- IT and administration qualification, such as ECDL.
- Experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office, time management, and organisational skills.
- Positive, considerate, and friendly approach when communicating with Residents and co‑workers.
Safeguarding
All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role, recognise signs of abuse or neglect, report concerns and seek appropriate advice, including escalation if action is not taken. Full training will be provided.
