General Manager wanted at Iconic Shoreditch venue
Are you a passionate hospitality leader ready to take the reins of one of Shoreditchs most beloved historical venues?
Were seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant, high-volume pub, restaurant and events space. This is a rare opportunity to make your mark within a respected independent group that values personality, performance, and people.
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of our guest experiences, staffing including recruiting and development, cost control, compliance & licensing. The ultimate goal being to increase profitability by constantly challenging the current operations and researching and implementing new opportunities to increase revenue.

What Youll Be Doing:
Leading daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Managing all aspects of the venues P&L, with a focus on profitability and sustainability
Recruiting, training, and developing a motivated, high-performing team
Driving footfall and building regular clientele
Planning and executing memorable events, alongside our kitchen and sales teams
Maintaining high standards across the board from compliance to creativity
Who were looking for:
A leader who excels in a high-energy environment and takes pride in delivering top-notch guest experiences.
A senior manager who enjoys working in fun, dynamic venues and is eager to work with the owners and contribute to a growing brand.
A leader with strong financial management skills and the ability to drive profitability.
A senior manager with experience in managing, guiding, training and developing diverse teams.
A hospitality obsessive who is passionate about developing themselves, their team and the business.
What We're looking for: 2 years minimum experience as a General Manager in a high volume venue.
A fun and engaging personality with a serious commitment to hospitality.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for learning and development.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests, staff, artists/djs and reporting to the board.
Understanding of stock, budgeting and GP levels.
Ambition to develop the group.
