This position plays a pivotal role in supporting both the warehouse and shipping functions within our fast-paced spare parts operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of flexibility, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to ensuring timely movement of goods. Strong organisational skills and effective communication with both the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Supervisor are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
6. Receipt of purchased materials and services into the ERP system
7. Print Sales Order Pick Slips and associated labels
8. Accurate picking and issuing of goods both physically and electronically
9. Record and enter traceability data using the Stores App
10. Ensure certification and documentation accuracy for traceable parts
11. Pack materials and prepare documentation for onward shipment
12. Generate Commercial Invoices and notify customers when goods are ready for collection
13. Obtain shipping quotes and arrange shipments through couriers and agents
14. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and Incoterms
15. Support pre-shipping inspection preparation
16. Maintain daily shipping logs and update shipment statuses
17. Complete applications for Country-of-Origin Certificates and export entry documents
18. Participate in stocktaking and cycle counting activities
19. Perform additional duties as required by line management

22. Quick to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
23. Sound judgment under tight deadlines
24. Proficient in time management and priority setting
25. Experience in process improvement and workflow optimisation
26. Strong communication and coordination capabilities
27. Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping documentation
28. Knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics is advantageous
