The Role: We’re searching for Italian-speaking, passionate, engaging, and ambitious Customer Service Advisors to power our frontline team in Bristol. Our advisors are adaptable, team-spirited, and ready to help customers. If that sounds like you, let’s talk!


What you’ll do

* Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, manage live chats, and proactively reach out to customers to keep them happy and informed.
* Answer a range of questions—from basic account info updates to troubleshooting tech issues. No two days are the same.
* Deliver excellent service across all channels.
* Have value-based conversations with customers and upsell to help customers get the most from our products.
* Use multiple internal and external systems effectively.
* Approach problems with a “Right First Time” mentality, own challenges, and drive them to resolution.
* Share feedback and ideas for improvement to help us do better.


What you’ll bring

* Background in retail, hospitality or contact-centre customer support is welcome, but the key is customer obsession, adaptability, and a drive to grow with us.
* Commitment to delivering outstanding service and prioritising customer satisfaction.
* Strong relationship-building and clear communication skills.
* Proactive, can-do attitude and solid problem-solving abilities.
* Comfort with wearing multiple hats and juggling tasks efficiently.
* Confidence to suggest improvements and continuously improve what we do and how we do it.


What’s in it for you

* Salary: £27,430 base salary
* Bonus: Potential to earn up to £3,000 in performance bonuses annually, paid quarterly
* Location: Bristol city centre, 5-minute walk from Temple Meads Station
* Working model: Office-first culture with flexibility; 3+ days in the office and up to 2 days from home after passing a 6-month probation
* Hours: 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, rotating between 8am–6pm; schedule known 12 weeks in advance
* Equipment: Provided on first day (laptop, headset, etc.)
* Start date: Induction group kicking off on 22nd September
