Role Overview: 8:30am – 3:30pm (may vary slightly by school) Monday to Friday (term-time only) Opportunity for permanent positions for the right candidates Key Responsibilities: ✅ Provide tailored 1:1 or small group SEN support ✅ Work closely with teachers and support staff ✅ Assist with personalised lessons and activities ✅ Support Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) ✅ Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment ✅ Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils What We’re Looking For: A genuine passion for education and supporting young people Strong communication and behaviour management skills SEN or behavioural experience (desirable, not essential) Background in education, care, or sports coaching (preferred) Flexible, proactive, and adaptable Why Join Teaching Personnel?
