Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, youll be hands-on with analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvements. Youll also coach colleagues, simplify processes, and provide first-line support to keep our HR systems running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR and technology - making systems work better for people.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ 1 day per month.
\n What youll do:\n

1. Provide first-line support for HR system queries via the helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience.

2. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, collaborating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
