Associate Procurement Director - Facilities Management

💰 Salary: £85,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Procurement Director to lead and evolve the procurement function within a large, complex facilities management environment. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic insight, operational discipline, and a strong commercial mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Lead procurement activity across new bids, contract mobilisations, and operations
✅ Drive financial performance, enhance supply chain value, and mitigate risk
✅ Engage and influence senior stakeholders and supply partners
✅ Support, mentor, and optimise the performance of the procurement team
✅ Implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and category strategies
✅ Contribute to divisional planning and long-term business success
✅ Must be comfortable with travel to office and client site
What You’ll Bring:
🔹 Significant experience in a senior procurement role within a large organisation
🔹 Expertise in FM Procurement - both Soft and Hard Services is needed for this role
🔹 Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of value delivery
🔹 Experience leading change and embedding procurement best practices
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
