The Housekeeper (Guest Room Attendant) plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages, broken items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and closets, ensuring sufficient supplies and cleanliness.

Replace or report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.

Clean public areas as assigned, including hallways, lifts, and guest service areas.

Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of used linens, trash, and recyclables.

Adhere to all hotel policies, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
