Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday (between the hours of 9am to 5pm), Full time 37.5 hours per week. No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training ! We offer a basic salary of £23,800 p/a full time hours and pro rata's for part time hours plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn up to £27,800 per year full time. With a start date in July, You’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must. Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets. You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives…all whilst having a lot of fun!
